If you would like to return the item, you may return the item to the address on the return label. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to dissatisfaction or a defect, please contact us to receive a partial or full refund.
To complete your partial or full refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Please do not send your purchase back to us, as these are intimate care items. We will notify you once your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within less than 10 business days.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
